Information calls - Clinical Practice Redesign (CPR) School: HQC is hosting two information calls on its upcoming CPR School. CPR is a systematic approach that helps health care providers understand their supply and demand and make changes that create better office efficiency, increase patient and staff satisfaction, and improve clinical outcomes. Quality of surgical care in Saskatchewan: Patients in this province are receiving surgical care that is generally comparable in quality to that provided elsewhere in Canada. This is one of the key findings in a report released today by the Health Quality Council. (September 13, 2007)
