Session description:

Research shows that physician leadership and engagement is an essential part of a high-performing health system, resulting in better quality care. But how are we preparing our clinicians to take the lead on quality improvement? In Saskatchewan, the Clinical Quality Improvement Program (CQIP) is helping to build the next wave of physician leaders in QI.
