Come explore the powers of design thinking. This session will touch on some of the latest knowledge on how design tools and methods can be used to foster innovation. If you want to take your solutions and ideas to new heights, then join us as we explore how we can partner with the people we are designing for to create innovative solutions.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the key steps in the design thinking process
  • Learn about selected tools that can be employed to foster new ways of thinking
