Guest speaker

Dr. Brian Robson  MBChB, FRCGP, DRCOG, MPH

Session description

In this session Dr Robson will describe how Scotland is organising for Quality Improvement at scale. We will use a framework for high impact leadership created by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement to reflect on key components that have helped Scotland in its journey. Participants will gain a good understanding of Scotland and its approach and be able to consider their own improvement journey against key elements in the high impact leadership framework. The session will be interactive and Dr Robson looks forward to engaging with you in questions and answers.
