Choosing Wisely Canada is inviting participants to submit abstracts for concurrent breakout sessions to be delivered at Choosing Wisely Canada’s 2019 National Meeting, in partnership with the Canadian Medical Association, on May 27, 2019 in Montreal, Quebec. The call for abstracts is now open until January 31, 2019. Selected abstracts will lead discussions in our breakout sessions. We encourage the submission of abstracts on medical education, quality improvement, de-prescribing, patient engagement, and measurement and evaluation.

Abstracts will be accepted in English and French for oral presentations in our breakout sessions. Please note that French-speaking sessions will be available throughout the day, but not all sessions will be bilingual.

Important Dates:

• Abstracts will be accepted until January 31, 2019.
• Abstract selected for presentation will be announced February 20, 2019.
• National Meeting: May 27, 2019.
