The COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing have called for sudden and significant changes to the way we work and live. While there are many challenges associated with these new ways of being there are also opportunities to be safe and well at home. This webinar will delineate the foundational elements of mental health and wellbeing and explore ways to develop, adapt and maintain personal wellbeing.
Following this webinar participants will be able to:
- Describe the concept of “self-as-tool” for healthcare professionals
- Identify consequences of high stress
- Develop, adapt and/or maintain a personal wellness routine
- Discuss the unique challenges and opportunities provided by the COVID-19 pandemic related to personal wellness
